The Ryokatatori attack has the attacker
grabbing both shoulders or lapels of the nage. Like the Katatetori and Katatori attacks
this is not merely a hold. This grab is meant to disable and control the victim. The
attacker may follow with a knee to the groin, head-butt, an elbow to the face, slam victim
to the ground, etc.

Ryokatatori attack in motion, and a
Kokyunage defense used to dismiss the attacker.
