Attack and Exercise
Ushiro attacks are usually practiced from behind
without the practice victim knowing exactly when the attack is being executed. Its intent
and purpose is a surprise attack to overpower its prey totally and without mercy.

Above, notice the attacker grabs the victim in
a bear hug fashion over the elbows, immobilizing the arms.
