The attacker's two handed
grab on the victim's one hand will not stop her, unless she stops
movement.
Nage moves with his
movement, leading him off-balance, where she redirects her grabbed
hand in a position to disable the grip and grab one of the attacker's
hands. This enables the nage to
setup the attacker's wrist for the nikkyo lock, then the nage drives
her body movement into his armpit to redirect movement towards the
ground.
Note, that the uke tried
to punch his victim at the latter part of the technique, but finds he
cannot do so because the nikkyo is being applied throughout the
technique.
