What Do You Need to Practice Aikido?

Students should wear clean loose fitting workout clothing, such as sweats or a white martial arts uniform - with no emblems, no colors, no markings, and no color belts. Black belts should only be worn by the Aikido instructor(s) and the assistants to the instructor, if they are entitled to wear them.

All participants must always practice good personal hygiene.
