- Dexterity and concentration
- Relation through meditation
- Misogi breathing for relaxation and mental focus
- Jo and Bokken practice (wooden staff and sword)

Mondays and Wednesdays
Beginners and Advanced
6:00 - 7:30 PM
Advanced training:
Two Friday evenings per month
6:00 – 7:30 PM by Special Arrangement
(Advanced students - by invitation only)
