11 Week Session

Focus on mind and body coordination
  • Dexterity and concentration
  • Relation through meditation
  • Misogi breathing for relaxation and mental focus
  • Jo and Bokken practice (wooden staff and sword)

 

Class Schedule:
Mondays and Wednesdays

Beginners and Advanced
 6:00 - 7:30 PM

Advanced training:
Two Friday evenings per month
6:00 7:30 PM by Special Arrangement
(Advanced students - by invitation only)

 

Summer Session Fees:

  • NU Students, Faculty, Staff: $120.00 for entire Session
  • Non NU Members: $65/month
  • Private Lessons: $75 / hour per person
